Batat faszerowany pesto, pieczarkami i serem

Ingredients:
1 sweet potato
1 tablespoon of roasted sunflower (and/or) pumpkin seeds
3 mushrooms
1 spoon of green pesto
2 tablespoons of vegan cheese

TODO:
1. Preheat oven to 250C
2. Cut potato along but try to keep in one piece and bake for 30 minutes.
3. When potato is in oven grate the mushrooms and fry pan for 4 minutes.
4. Add pesto to mushrooms and mix it.
5. When potatoes are soft apply mushroms with pesto inside. Put seeds on and apply cheese.
6. Bake for a few minutes when cheese is ready.
7. Put basil on :)))
